Meeting

The meeting began at 1:04 PM

Drs. Sorto, Wuest, and Duganne discuss the updates when meeting with the president. She suggested that it is better for it to be housed in the library. She is also supportive of the classes that the QEP committee has proposed and it is housed under University College. The president’s priority for the whole QEP is the assessment portion for reaffirmation. Initial classes to start fall 2021. Gene Bourgeois said the courses should not affect student’s financial aid.  

Group 1: Peter’s group has updated and completed the literature review.

Group 2: Kelly’s team gives a status update on their group work.

Group 3: David’s team gave an update on their work with the organizational structure.  

Group 4: Doug’s group gave updates on resources, what the current finances look like and updating the job description for the director of the IDEA Center.

Erina gathers input from the QEP committee to update the assessment portion of the QEP.

Dr.Wuest discusses the current timeline for the QEP.
